Serving Sayville

Sayville is a hamlet where people tend to keep their houses rather than replace them, and that preference shapes our work here. Owners of older Sayville homes generally want original features retained: the sashes, the trim, the doors, the detail that makes the house what it is. That is a legitimate goal and it changes the approach to a lead job entirely.

Asbestos shows up mainly in heating systems. Houses of this vintage were retrofitted with boilers and pipe runs over the decades, and the insulation applied during the mid-century upgrades is what we most often end up removing.
